How this works

1. Ingest — On the 1st of each month the pipeline pulls brands from SmartScout that match our client criteria.
2. Score — Each brand is scored and placed in a tier: Hot (best fit), Warm (good fit), or Cold (lower priority).
3. Enrich — Apollo finds the best contact at each brand (owner, founder, VP, director, or manager).
4. Review (you are here) — You approve, hold, or reject each lead.
5. Campaign — Approved brands are enrolled in Smartlead email sequences. Nothing sends until Step 4 is done.
